Reach Terms of Service Summary

• MEMBERSHIP
  • Must be 18 years or older and an individual US resident (no corporate accounts, no pets, etc.)
  • You may only have one Reach account. You cannot share accounts or transfer Reach$ to other members.
    • In the future, we may allow pooling of Reach$ in multiple accounts for purchases
  • To remain active, you must have received or used Reach$ in the past 12 months. If your account becomes inactive we may close your account and expire your Reach$.
  • There is no fee to participate in Reach and you can close your account at any time
  • To create an account you must provide:
    • Your name
    • Your email
    • Your zip code
    • Your mobile phone number
    • Your date of birth
    • At least 1 US-based method of payment, e.g., credit card, debit card, bank account so you can earn Reach$ based on what you purchase anywhere – online and in person.

• SHARING DATA WITH BRANDS
  • You select which brands you want to share your data with by “connecting” them in your Brand Circle. At this time, if you connect to a Brand, that Brand will see ALL of the data you’ve provided to Reach.
  • Reach ONLY shares data with Brands you select, and you can change your sharing preferences at any time by logging into the app.

• REACH$
  • Receive additional Reach$ for engaging with brands and with the Reach App

• • • Providing profile information, e.g., connect financial accounts, allow location tracking, allow notifications
    • Completing surveys
    • Referring friends
    • Making specific purchases
    • Submitting receipts

NOTE – Some activities are paid for by Reach, some are paid for by Brands

• Reach$ have no cash value and cannot be sold, bartered or exchanged for cash
• Reach$ can be used for purchases from ANY Brand in the Reach app, i.e., you can make a purchase from a participating Brand even if it’s not in your Brand Circle and we are adding new brands all the time.
• A Reach$ can be used for $1 USD in purchases – so if an item is priced at $7 USD, you can buy that item for 7 Reach$
• Purchases with Reach$ must be made in the US and be denominated in U.S. Dollars
• To make a purchase you must first activate your Reach Reward Card, which is a virtual card with a 16-digit number and CVV and expiration date, like a credit card has. Just as you would with a credit card, enter the 16 digit number, CVV and expiration to make purchases online. At this time you cannot use the card for brick-and-mortar purchases, and you must have enough Reach$ in your account for the whole purchase – no split payments.
• There is a 5 Reach$ minimum for purchases.
